…..And so the season begins….last night we took part in the first battle in our new calendar, the Amman Valley 6 Way. The clubs involved were Llanelli, Carmarthen, Tenby, Pembrey, Amman Valley (the hosts) and ourselves. What an excellent battle it turned out to be. It was tooth and nail all the way to the wire and in the end Tenby with 4 20 pointers out of their 8 prints proved too strong for us. The final scores were – Tenby 149, Neath 145, Llanelli 139, Amman Valley 136, Carmarthen 135 and Pembrey 128.
