Sunday 31st January 2010 saw 17 Clubs from the WPF do battle in the annual Memorial Trophy. This year the host club was Crai and so braving the snow 8 members from NPS made the trip to support the event. The judge, Terrick Meakin ARPS APAGB gave a good acount of himself and scored the images ‘off the cuff’. Our first round entry “They’re Fighting Over Me” by Dave Edwards scored 15. Round 2 saw “Oncoming Storm” by Haydn Thomas score 16 and so at half time we were in joint 13th place with Towy Valley. After a delightful buffet we resumed battle and our 3rd Round entry “Tern Of Aggression” by Tony Shadrach scored 16. Round four, and we were well out of it by now, our final print “Satellite City” by Brian Callard scored 15 to give us a final score of 62 and 12th place overall. Many thanks to those who made the trek and also to the Photographers for allowing their prints to be used. The final scores are shown below.
