Well, a new year and hopefully a new start. The Memorial Trophy was held today at the Oakdale Institute, St Fagans. Our entries were Polar Bear on Pack Ice (Score 14) by Dave Edwards, Zig Zag (Score 13) by Brian Callard, Who’s there ! (Score 19) by Terry Goss and March Winds (Score 17) by Haydn Thomas. By the end of Round 2 we were lying joint last but 1 with a score of 27. Round 3 saw Terry’s image pull us back but in the end the opposition was too great and we finished a creditable joint 6th on a score of 63. The winners were Vale Camera Club who pipped Tenby on the very last image by 1 point. Well done to all membrs who made the effort to support the club. The next big Competition is the Ace of Clubs on 15th Feb at Talbot Green.
