Bridgend Print Battle – Results

Monday night (9th Nov) and another battle.  Hopes were high as in the same event last year we finished in last position.  The selectors had picked what we hoped was a strong panel of Natural History, Sport and Abstract. The Judge was as usual Kevin Thomas MA FRPS.   We opened with ‘Baby Elephant at Bathtime’ by Dave Edwards (16). At the end of the first half we were in joint 2nd place with a score of 47.  Disappointment was to follow in the second half, not one of our members won a prize in the raffle.  Our first 2 images in the second half scored 17 & 17, and we were in joint 2nd place with one image to go.  Unfortunately it only scored 14 points and so we finished in 3rd place.  Individual scores and Club results follow:-
