This I really like, the minimalist composition, limited colour palette, the isolation of the figure and subject detail, the environmental messaging and that fantastic title. How "Green was my Valley" would also work well. I thought 17/20 was a bit low but maybe the judge saw it as more of an environmental comment pic. Great thinking though Tim.

Thanks Arfon. I cannot compete with proper portraits as I do not have the eye for it, but I can and will bend a subject to my will (even if I suffer in the scoring). This was my favourite of the 4 I submitted.
