An opening in the cloud cover on the way home from a very cloudy Brecon Beacons last night, allowed a brief moment to capture one of the Perseids meteors.
Heavy lorries thundering past on the A465 near Glynneath didn't help steady the tripod unfortunately . Six meteors seen, only managed to capture one.
There is still a possibility to capture others meteors during the next few nights this week if interested.

You got more than most others trying to do the same in South Wales, I bet. Good on you for getting out.
