This is the coal slurry thickener/washery tower on the A472 between Pontypool and Crumlyn. The only building remaining on the site of the Hafodyrynys Colliery.

Looks like it could be a multi-storey sheep pen with grand views from upstairs windows, or it might be a lookout tower at Stalag Ovisburg to deter pesky sheep from tunnelling under the wire and road; but it probably isn't. I have no idea where it is either.
