Looks like it could be a multi-storey sheep pen with grand views from upstairs windows, or it might be a lookout tower at Stalag Ovisburg to deter pesky sheep from tunnelling under the wire and road; but it probably isn't. I have no idea where it is either.

Afraid not! If you Google Hafodyrynys Colliery, you will find photos of this tower and the colliery and railway tracks that once surrounded it.
